Who am I?
My name is Frank J. Pepe , I am a full time Investor for over 15 years. My experience in the Real estate industry takes me back about 35 years. I have successfully completed over 125 short sale properties and have bought and sold over 200 homes. I am actively buying and selling properties in the South Florida Area, and in New Jersey the Jersey Shore Area. I am always searching for great deals to buy in South Florida and I pass these great deals onto my Buyers. As an investor, I always need more properties to keep my business going.
My partner is my son Frank J. Pepe III, He has been in the Real Estate industry for about 15 years as a license real estate appraiser in New Jersey and Florida as well as an Investor buying and selling properties.
